perhaps...
sometimes i think the desire to perform and excel is wat eventually cause a person to break down...
itz not the surrounding factor...but itz juz all in the person mind...
been feeling overwhelmed by work...volumes are increasing... workload increasing...and the pressure is on us to handle these... i guess tt's the good point of hiring executives... no OT pay...and yet they will be willing to work 12, 14 hrs a day to clear work... in the long run itz definitely cheaper than hiring ppl who needs to be paid OT pay...

and i realised beer is a pretty relaxing drink...after work...reach home shower liao plonk myself in front of my laptop/tv with a can of beer...slowly savoring the bitterness of it and letting the alcohol sink into yourself...you'll feel yourself relax and slowly...all the work problems seems to ease away...escapist..yes...unhealthy...double yes... but effective..HELL YEAH!
