first paper was todae..the one and only core... can sae tt this the paper that i realli put in quite a fair bit of effort out of the 3 yrs in NTU... however...results shuld be the same i guess...disappointing... ah well...things can't alwaes be our way...as wat tunie, it maks life in ntu more interesting... haa...abit ah-Q way of seeing things but not a bad perspective too ba..haha.... went out to watch casino royale after the papers too...had a nice KFC lunch and a movie to compensate for the lousy feeling of examz... not too bad.. as in movie was not too bad...decent action sequence, though not so hot bond girls but the show was peppered with witty dialogues....nice show overall ba...
somehow, bond's ability to spot things impressed mi alot...can alwaes find the suspect in a huge crowd, chaos oso like nothing to him...how cool is that... in life...if pple can realli do that, how nice would it be eh... alot of times, ppl oni see the things that are in front of them.. however, things that are beside or behind them, they could never see it...izzit so much effort to sometimes just turn around and see wat's beside you?? mabbe that's the reason why ppl sae "旁观者清", ie: outsiders can see the picture clearer...
i am guilty of such things too ba...alwaes trying to look forward to things... but failing to see others... eyes small see limited stuffz i guess... perhaps tt explains a over reliance on frens to watch my back... failure to spot the ppl that are beside me, behind me has alwaes been a failure...esp when someone behind u is alwaes pushing u from the back without u seeing them... it's easy to take them for granted...
