well..v-dae was good..one of the more "v-dayish" v-dae i had... went down to Holland V for a dinner... went to this place called "Raku Sushi"... the place was realli quite cool...set with dim romantic lighting, the place was kinda like a fusion between jazz and jap restaurant...we sat at the counter and therefore could look at the chef preparing all sorts of assorted sushi, sashimi etc...and boy...was he good...lol...juz looking at him cutting n preparing all the raw fishes, and sushi, and giant scallops made our mouth water and in awe of his fine knifework...
ordered a few items there to share among the 2 of us..and indeed..the food was great..haa..jap food never tasted that fabulous before lor...i seriously duno why..haaa...the ingredients is damn fresh...and though servings mabbe a bit smaller... but i seriously feel every bite is worth is money... though the food there is perhaps slightly on the higher end...but oh well...haa...money is meant to be spent...and the company was great...enjoying every moment of it....
heh...let u all check out the food...though i think my phone cam doesn't realli do justice to the food....
well..juz gotta hope that next year v-dae would be another great one as well... dun drool~~ =P
